Easy Salsa Dressing

One of the easiest ways to eat a plant strong diet is to eat a salad each day. Salads are quick, easy and portable. Healthy fast food!

One thing you will want to avoid is store bought dressings. They are loaded with ingredients that are not healthy. Watch my video for more info. 

Making your own dressings is super easy and so healthy. If you are in our VIP Monthly Membership you have access to tons of dressing recipes in the Recipe Library (along with the printed version). I wanted to share one of them here. It is one of our favorites and anybody can make it. You probably have the ingredients in your kitchen right now. 

 

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons salsa (jarred)

1 tablespoon hummus (regular or garlic flavor)

1 teaspoon water (optional)

Directions:

  • Place salsa and hummus in a bowl and stir to combine.
  • Optional: Add water if you want a thinner consistency.
  • Use as a salad dressing or a dip for raw veggies.
