If you answered yes to any (or all) of the above, then you will absolutely LOVE becoming a Thrive45 Certified Community Coach.
When you become a Thrive45 Certified Community Coach you will have the opportunity to mentor, support and encourage your own group of clients through this evidence-based weight loss and wellness program. You will be helping your own clients by offering them support, encouragement and motivation to succeed in the course while also earning money to do so.
You do not need any specific degree or any other certification to be a Thrive45 Community Coach. However, you must have completed one full round of the Thrive45 Weight Loss & Wellness Course. If you have not done the course yet you can join us for the next session CLICK HERE.
You will first need to go through the free application process by clicking any of the Apply Now buttons above. Once you complete the application you will be notified within 48 business hours from someone on our team to set up a time for a phone interview. You will have an opportunity to ask any questions and our team member will have a chance to ask you questions, as well.
Once you have talked with our team member you will be notified within 7 business days whether your application has been approved or not. Once you have been approved you will pay a one time certification fee and then have access to your training.
Once you have personally gone through the Thrive45 course you have completed most of your training. There will also be 2-3 books and 2-3 videos that you will be required to read and watch. This generally takes 2 weeks to complete.
It means you have been officially granted permission to use the Thrive45 program with your own clients. You are granted permission to work 1:1 or in a group setting (in-person or virtually) providing your clients with motivation, support and accountability throughout their time going through the course. Community Coaches are the boots-on-the-ground support while clients go through the Thrive45 course and beyond. Community Coaches help guide their clients through the program to help them create new healthy habits that last a lifetime. Community Coaches also have the option to just refer their friends and family to take the course without creating an accountability group since clients will receive tons of coaching within the course itself.
